Roll Design Services

We offer this service to those who manufacture their own rolls or prefer to have this work done locally. We start with your mill specs. We use this data to digitally represent your mill in our database.

 A forming flower is then generated and the desired drawing formats are applied to each station of the flower. All forming types and roll design types for tube and pipe production can be provided. The following documents are available:

          * Roll pass drawings

          * CNC points lists

          * Material cut sheets

          * Setup charts

          * Regrind report blanks

          * Spacer lists

         * Pre calculated shim lists
